We are delighted you are thinking about starting a new S.T.A.R. Neighborhood!

Before you fill out the form below, make sure you have picked a neighborhood name, defined your street boundaries, selected two or three leaders, and chosen a couple starting goals.

Also double check to make sure your home isn’t already part of a S.T.A.R. Neighborhood!
