Sustainable Princeton’s Lending Library

Sustainable Princeton’s new Lending Library offers residents and non-profit organizations of Princeton, NJ, the opportunity to borrow a variety of sustainable home items, including electric landscape equipment, induction cooktop, and repair tools, for FREE for up to two weeks.

Sharing resources allows us to use less. The Lending Library supports Sustainable Princeton’s goals by:

  • Reducing the need for unnecessary purchases
  • Encouraging community building and resiliency
  • Making sustainable equipment accessible to more people

Quick Start:

  1. Log in to your account on the Lending Library or create an account if you haven’t already. When creating an account, you will be asked to sign our Policy and Waiver Form.
  2. Visit our inventory to start the reservation process.
  3. Show your thanks! If you love the Lending Library, consider making a donation to Sustainable Princeton.

Membership:

  • All members must include a mailing address and birthdate to be permitted to use the lending library per the library policy.
  • Please allow up to business 2 days for Sustainable Princeton to approve new members.
  • Until your membership is approved, you will not be able to reserve items.
